Returns & Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Oriental Carpet Gallery is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability or return of good, Oriental Carpet Gallery will refund the client in full within 30 days.

In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act“) you are entitled to cancel, without reason and without penalty, your order for the Goods within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Goods. In such an event –

(a) you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 (thirty) days of the date of your cancellation of the order;

(b) you undertake not to utilize the Goods;

(c) your agreement of purchase will be deemed to have been canceled, and

(d) you are fully liable for the return costs.

After receiving the goods, the client will have 24 hours to notify Oriental Carpet Gallery of the intent of return.

The packaging must be the same as delivered and condition of carpet should be as delivered. All returned carpets will be subject to assessment, inspection, and independent arbitration if necessary.
